Each member brings a passion for service, a deep commitment to the people of Uganda, and the expertise to execute our mission efficiently. We operate with transparency and humility, ensuring every action reflects our core values. We are proud to be the hands and hearts that turn donations into fresh water and lasting change.
Ernest Hausmann
Ernest was born in Uganda and adopted by a family in Nebraska at the age of 5. He is currently a senior and a captain of the University of Michigan's football team. Ernest returned to Uganda this summer, where he felt a calling from God to improve the lives of those in need. Ernest is not just focused on helping across seas; he understands that people are in need everywhere around the country, including the United States. That is why he has partnered with programs like Samaritas, an adoption agency with a focus on mentorship, youth development, restorative practices, and community enrichment. Hausmann is committed to creating a sustainable, measurable impact through strategic collaborations that make a positive difference in his community and around the world.
Jarrett Irons
Jarrett Irons is a seasoned sales executive, entrepreneur, co-founder, business collaborator, and board advisor, boasting 25 years of expertise in establishing strategic business synergies and cultivating value and growth opportunities across diverse sectors.
Irons is also co-founder and proprietor of Omada Ventures, a firm specializing in strategic sales network solutions, with a focus on identifying and harnessing synergies between businesses. By carefully pinpointing these synergies, Irons and his partners aid companies and systems in reaching their scalability goals, fostering expansion within diverse sectors such as health and wellness, athletics, sustainability, manufacturing, construction, and human services.
As a former All-American and two-time captain for the University of Michigan football team, Irons draws inspiration from partnerships and collaborative efforts that echo the synergy and teamwork of his days on the field. His distinctive talent for recognizing value and potential enables him to establish rapport effortlessly, laying a robust groundwork for lasting, fruitful business relationships.
Adam Wright
Adam Wright was born in Omaha, Nebraska and found his way to California in 1996. Currently residing in Riverside, California, Adam has built a reputation as a performance specialist who works with athletes across all skill levels. His unique background combining chemistry, educational technology, and practical coaching experience allows him to approach athletic development from both scientific and practical perspectives in his current role with Sports Academy
Adam’s journey from environmental chemistry to sports performance exemplifies the power of pursuing one's passion while leveraging existing expertise. His scientific background informs his evidence-based approach to training, while his educational background enables him to effectively teach and communicate complex concepts to athletes and coaches.
As Adam continues to make waves in the athlete training industry, his impact extends far beyond individual athletic achievement. Through Animal House Fitness and his role at Sports Academy, he's creating lasting change in how athletes approach training and personal development. His philosophy of building humans first, then athletes, reflects a holistic approach that prepares individuals not just for athletic success, but for long term life success.
Adam moves with an intentionality that stems from missing out on his original dream of playing in the NFL, however there is still an intense fervor that drives him to impact the lives of athletes and the sports performance industry that has brought an even more meaningful and lasting legacy.
